Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining software for various projects closely related to our core business endeavors. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in crafting components for scalable applications spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of applications in the production environment.
• Manage non-production contexts like pre-production and staging environments.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of application features and supported blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate closely with application and infrastructure team members to understand upcoming production deployments.
• Implement fixes, enhancements, or optimizations on applications and infrastructure.
• Proactively identify delivery issues that could impact production uptime, scalability, or performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and address application alerts and incidents efficiently.
• Handle incident and problem management, conducting post-resolution follow-ups to confirm effective problem resolution.
• Enhance monitoring tools and processes continuously.
• Coordinate and execute disaster recovery testing and audits.
• Maintain and uphold blockchain infrastructure.
• Communication with stakeholders on application issues for senior roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, JavaScript, Node.js, or Golang.
• Prior experience in supporting applications.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to analyze logs adeptly and identify anomalies effectively.
• Curiosity and commitment to pinpointing problems and communicating findings clearly.
• Experience deploying applications on various cloud platforms (Azure, Google, Amazon).
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, and managing monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Competence in managing container infrastructures such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining logging tools like Fluentd, ElasticSearch, Kibana.
• Experience in deploying infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible.
• Knowledge of blockchain concepts and exposure to one or more blockchain platforms is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
