Blockchain DevOps Engineer

Responsibilties:

Maintain and provide support for blockchain infrastructure.

Evaluate and suggest configurations for blockchain software and network setup of nodes operating the blockchain software.

Deepen comprehension of Blockchain technology, specifically public Blockchain.

Educate others on security risks associated with various blockchain technologies.

Create and manage team continuous devops lifecycle and automation.

Devise and oversee cloud computing workload, and enhance cloud security posture.

Encourage software engineers or system administrators with interest in blockchain/automation/infrastructure to apply.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in devops, system administration, or relevant roles; candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior positions.

Proficient in basic blockchain concepts (experience in deployment is a bonus).

Skilled in deployment across various cloud platforms (Amazon, Azure, Google).

Proficiency in infrastructure as code deployment (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, etc).

Experience in deploying and managing container infrastructures (Kubernetes, docker-compose, etc).

Capable of creating, deploying, and overseeing monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).

Skilled in implementing and maintaining logging tools (e.g., Fluentd, ElasticSearch, Kibana).

Sound understanding of Linux, Networking, Firewall, IDS/IPS for traditional security ops.

Adept at troubleshooting and debugging, and demonstrating systematic root cause analysis.

Collaborative team player with an appetite for continuous learning and improvement.

Passion for the future development of blockchain technology.

Naturally curious and comfortable in environments with ambiguity.
