Blockchain DevOps Engineer

We are seeking individuals to join our team responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various project ventures that are closely linked to our core businesses. These projects are rapidly bootstrapped with compact teams. As a team member, you will actively participate in designing different components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide support for blockchain infrastructure.
• Review and suggest configurations for blockchain software and network setup of nodes running the blockchain software.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Blockchain technology, specifically public Blockchain.
• Develop and share insights on security threats related to various blockchain technologies.
• Establish and manage the team's continuous DevOps lifecycle and automation.
• Design and manage cloud computing workloads, oversee cloud security posture.
• We welcome software engineers or system administrators with an interest in blockchain, automation, and infrastructure to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a related area. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Junior position.
• Understanding of basic blockchain concepts (experience in deploying blockchain is a plus).
• Proficiency in deploying on various cloud platforms (Amazon, Azure, Google).
• Experience in deploying and managing infrastructure as code (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience in deploying and maintaining container infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker-Compose, etc.).
• Proficient in building, deploying, and maintaining monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining logging tools (Fluentd, ElasticSearch, Kibana, etc.).
• Good grasp of traditional security ops expertise areas: Linux, Networking, Firewall, IDS/IPS.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug issues, and demonstrate a methodical approach to root cause analysis.
• Strong team player with a desire for continuous learning and improvement from both successes and failures.
• Enthusiasm for the future of blockchain technology.
• Curious and comfortable in ambiguous situations.
