Role Summary
Genesis Global is searching for a Creative Enablement Specialist to equip the Sales and Marketing teams with impactful assets that facilitate conversations, influence buyers, and boost revenue generation. This role is centered on enhancing storytelling, design, and sales support to create scalable and conversion-driven collateral that effectively showcases the company's value proposition.
Responsible for spearheading the creative foundation of the go-to-market strategy, including developing presentations, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and campaign materials. The role involves crafting reusable frameworks and templates to streamline asset creation processes while upholding a focus on AI-driven creativity and commercial success.
The primary aim is to drive tangible outcomes by empowering Sales and Marketing functions with compelling, scalable creative assets that significantly impact the sales pipeline, speed up deal closures, and maintain brand coherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing high-quality sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and visual elements for campaigns.
- Producing digital creatives for marketing campaigns and ongoing platforms like LinkedIn, website graphics, and email signatures.
- Designing assets for events and field marketing activities, including signage, invitations, and microsites.
- Establishing scalable creative systems comprising templates, toolkits, and frameworks to expedite asset delivery across the teams.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate intricate concepts into visually compelling and commercially persuasive narratives.
- Managing creative requests intake and prioritization, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and campaign initiatives with bespoke creative content to drive engagement and differentiation.
- Leveraging AI and creative automation tools to boost design output efficiency without compromising quality.
- Creating videos and animations to bolster product storytelling and campaign engagement.
- Upholding brand consistency by ensuring all assets are aligned, credible, and optimized for conversion.

- Equipping Sales teams with impactful creative assets that enhance discussions and shorten sales cycles.
- Enabling campaigns, ABM activations, and digital channels with distinct and engaging visuals.
- Implementing scalable creative processes leading to a fivefold increase in output.
- Securing broad adoption of assets by the Sales and Marketing teams as critical assets in go-to-market strategies.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all external touchpoints.
- Successfully delivering precise, high-quality, and productive creative work that directly influences deal progression and pipeline momentum.
You’ll Excel in This Role if You Are:
- Proficient in conveying complex concepts through compelling visuals.
- Experienced in B2B design, creative marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Skilled in design tools such as Adobe, Figma, and Canva, as well as AI tools for creative scaling.
- Competent in video and animation production beyond basic edits but not at a motion graphics studio level.
- Business-oriented with a clear understanding that effective creative work drives revenue impact.
- Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable operating in ambiguous setups with high accountability.
- Fluent with AI and automation tools to enhance production efficiency.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, commercially driven team environment.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per year
