We are seeking a versatile Brand Creative Lead to be part of our Global Brand Studio. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in brand storytelling, product marketing, campaign implementation, and has a keen interest in crypto culture.
The ideal candidate is an experienced creative leader with a keen eye for detail, high standards, and the ability to lead, collaborate, and create. They have a passion for the craft while also being able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Extensive experience leading teams, establishing processes, problem-solving creatively, and being hands-on when necessary is essential.
As the Brand Creative Lead, you will manage a diverse creative team, offering guidance, constructive feedback, and support to ensure the output is of top quality, aligns with the brand identity, and meets project deadlines.
This role requires a hands-on creative expert who can drive the day-to-day implementation of product campaigns, partnership content, and marketing initiatives on digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Steer creative excellence in various areas, setting high creative standards that align with brand guidelines, business objectives, and market demand.
- Lead collaborative efforts by working closely with different teams, peers in creative roles, and marketing leads to bring concepts to life from ideation to execution, ensuring clear and effective creative output across different platforms.
- Manage the development of campaign creatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards, excellence in creativity, and achievement of business goals from concept to production.
- Act as a mentor and lead by example, offering clear guidance, feedback, and creating opportunities for team members' growth.
- Balancing brand identity and speed, guide the team towards delivering consistent, top-quality creative work while navigating tight timelines and evolving priorities, promoting creative excellence, speed, and collaborative working culture.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in creative leadership roles, showcasing expertise in leading diverse teams.
- Strong ability to define and refine a brand’s tone across various platforms.
- Impressive portfolio reflecting past work of exceptional creative quality and influence.
- Proficiency in developing solutions that align with project requirements.
- Capability to simplify complex challenges into clear, concise solutions.
- Hands-on and approachable leader, willing to be involved at all levels.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Collaborative and resourceful, capable of leading as well as executing tasks when needed.
- Familiarity with the company's products, competitive market, and understanding of crypto culture, language, and audience on social and digital platforms.
- Agile, practical, and focused on achieving results.
- Stay updated on creative and design trends, AI-driven creative tools, and advocate for their implementation within the team's creative process.
