Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and create engaging communications, designs, and content with the senior designer.
- Innovate and challenge the status quo in creative design.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
- Develop compelling digital creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize design strategies accordingly.
- Create and deliver brand and content assets as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and competitor analysis.
Creative Operations:
- Help define and streamline creative processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimized omnichannel approach.
Team and Relationship Management:
- Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Foster a positive and innovative culture within the creative team.
- Collaborate and liaise with third-party suppliers and freelance resources.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to align with the Binance brand vision.
- Continuously seek ways to develop creative, digital, and social media knowledge and skills within the team.
Requirements:
- Qualified professional with expertise in graphic, brand, and digital design.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a global business or agency team.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced online businesses.
- Strong focus on brand and customer-centric design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Familiarity with best practices in design team collaboration.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and Figma.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for design.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Numerically inclined.
- Experience working with third-party agencies is a plus.
- Positive, creative, and influential personality.
