Brand Marketing Manager
Our client is an up-and-coming consumer products company focusing on providing screen-free learning experiences for young children through a unique combination of smart hardware, a companion app, and a diverse library of audio content. As the company expands into new territories, this role will be instrumental in developing the brand strategy from scratch. The main objective is to raise awareness utilizing creative strategies within a limited advertising budget while maintaining consistent messaging across various sales channels. The key responsibilities include leading product launches, translating in-depth parent and child research into effective marketing strategies, and focusing on long-term brand growth metrics like organic traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire process of launching new products, including naming, packaging copy, website and social assets creation, promotional campaigns, pre-orders, and adaptation of branded content for different markets.
- Manage owned social media channels, word-of-mouth marketing, and search optimization strategies to foster continuous brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies, build media and key opinion leader relationships, and enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Identify, negotiate, and oversee strategic partnerships across industries to broaden the brand's audience reach.
- Design and conduct user and market research activities to extract valuable insights for refining marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or product marketing, with a proven track record in end-to-end campaign ownership across multiple marketing aspects.
- Strong empathy towards consumers and adept at converting user insights into solid marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration with an international headquarters.
- Ability to independently drive projects without constant supervision.
- Excellent project management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing within the early childhood education sector or in baby and parenting consumer brands.
