Job Summary

Role Overview
The Role Entails:
Spot Volume Growth
- Acquiring and engaging VIP-tier clients, prop trading firms, hedge funds, market makers, HNW retail desks, and ensuring sustained spot volume contribution
- Setting and monitoring regional volume goals and evaluating performance against market share metrics relative to competitors
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop incentive structures or responses to specific campaigns
Regional & Local Strategies

Autonomous Execution

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, crypto exchange, or trading business development with direct customer interaction responsibilities
- Proven track record of increasing trading volume or assets under management at the account or segment level
- Proficient in exchange operations, including VIP tiers, maker/taker fees, liquidity patterns, and fee dynamics
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, uncertain environments with minimal guidance
- Strong written communication skills to deliver clear, direct briefs and proposals
