Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in driving growth by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. Your responsibilities will involve expanding our presence within these important segments through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions customized to meet the needs of high-value customers.
You will be spearheading the expansion of our company into high-value segments like Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. Within the dynamic and rapidly growing crypto space, you will have the opportunity to create and cultivate meaningful partnerships that bring value to both our company and your clients.
In this role, you will lead the efforts in forming strategic partnerships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and developing tailored solutions to address their specific requirements. Every partnership you establish, from launching creative affiliate campaigns to creating custom programs for brokers, will be essential in solidifying our market presence.
Your role will center around your creative abilities, whether it involves developing new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to introduce innovative products for your partners. With the backing of a top-tier team, you will have the freedom to take risks, explore novel approaches, and make a significant impact in shaping the future of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract new deposits and trades.
- Establishing new partnerships with Brokers and improving our broker program while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing brokers.
- Reaching out to VIP clients and maintaining relationships with KOLs.
- Delivering prompt and effective customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, liaising with internal teams and providing improvement suggestions to management.
- Staying updated on the latest social media and blockchain influencer trends.
- Representing the company at conferences to engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, increasing awareness of our products.
- Participating in community outreach activities within the crypto sector to expand our institutional footprint.
- Conducting market and competitor research in the crypto space.
- Negotiating and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collecting feedback, and recommending product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain in local markets and familiarity with influential players in the local ecosystem.
- Established network or client base within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling financial products.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proficiency in writing and delivering presentations.
