Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to facilitate growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with important Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role plays a critical part in expanding our presence within these significant segments, aiming for long-term prosperity through strategic partnerships and customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of high-value customers.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around creating strategic alliances with top Affiliates and Brokers, pinpointing promising VIP clients, and developing customized solutions to meet their distinctive requirements. Every deal you finalize, from launching innovative affiliate initiatives to devising personalized programs for brokers, will be pivotal in fortifying the company’s standing in the market.
Your role will be centered on creativity, be it devising new benefits for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to introduce unprecedented products for your partners. Responsibilities:
- Discovering and forging new partnerships with media and Affiliates to attract new depositors and traders.
- Cultivating new partnerships with Brokers, elevating the company’s broker program, maintaining existing broker relationships, and actively exploring VIP client opportunities.
- Ensuring high performance from existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while providing quality customer service and issue resolution for Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs.
- Staying updated on the latest social media and blockchain influencer trends, including platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
- Participating in Conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness about company products and services.
- Conducting community engagement activities, attending crypto gatherings and meetings to expand and strengthen the company’s institutional presence.
- Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients to gather feedback and suggest product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, possessing connections or knowledge about influential individuals within the local ecosystem.
- Established network of clients in the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers sector.
- Over 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain domain.
- Minimum of 2 years working with financial product sales, with candidates having more experience eligible for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Proven ability in initiating, managing, and profiting from client or partner relationships.
- Proficient in professional written and spoken English, accompanied by samples of writing and presentations.
