This role requires creativity at its core, whether it involves developing new incentives for VIP clients or working with internal teams to create unique products for your partners. Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and establishing new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new deposits and trades.
  • Cultivating new partnerships with Brokers and enhancing [Company's Name]'s broker program, as well as nurturing existing relationships with current brokers.
  • Engaging with VIP clients and maintaining rapport.
  • Managing and enhancing relationships with existing KOLs to drive performance.
  • Delivering timely and reliable customer service and issue resolution for Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collaborating with internal teams and offering improvement suggestions to company management.
  • Staying updated on social media trends like those on YouTube, TikTok, etc., and within the Blockchain influencer community.
  • Representing the company at conferences to connect with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, thereby raising awareness of products and services.
  • Participating in community engagement activities, attending crypto gatherings and meetings to expand the company's institutional presence.
  • Researching market and competitor dynamics in the crypto space.
  • Negotiating and finalizing client and partnership agreements.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, capturing and incorporating client feedback, and suggesting product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with an established network or knowledge of influential individuals in the local ecosystem.
  • Established client base within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers sectors.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling financial products.
  • Candidates with additional experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Role.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners, such as achieving business outcomes with clients and partners, and drafting agreements.
  • Strong command of professional written and oral English, with a knack for writing and presenting content effectively.
