Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the role:
We are currently looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to facilitate growth by fostering relationships with crucial Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. The primary aim of this position is to enhance our footprint within the target segments and ensure sustained success by forming strategic partnerships and providing innovative solutions tailored to the unique requirements of high-value clients.
As a driving force behind the expansion of our presence among Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers, you will have the opportunity to create valuable partnerships that benefit both the company and its clients in the ever-evolving crypto industry. Your responsibilities will encompass establishing strategic connections with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying promising VIP clients, and devising customized solutions to meet their specific needs. Each closed deal you accomplish will be pivotal in fortifying the company's market standing.
This role hinges on your creativity, whether it involves designing novel incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to innovate new products for partners. Supported by an outstanding team, you will be empowered to take calculated risks, experiment with new strategies, and contribute significantly to shaping the future landscape of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new depositors and traders.
- Developing partnerships with Brokers and enhancing the existing broker program, along with maintaining relationships with current brokers.
- Reaching out to VIP clients and providing them with personalized attention.
- Maintaining relationships with current KOLs and enhancing performance.
- Delivering prompt and efficient customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, while actively liaising with internal teams and offering improvement suggestions to management.
- Staying updated on social media trends, including platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Representing the company at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness of products and services.
- Participating in community outreach activities, attending crypto community events to broaden our institutional presence.
- Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Preparing and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gathering feedback, and recommending product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, including established relationships or knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Established network of clients within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
- At least 2 years of work experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, demonstrating the ability to drive business results, draft agreements, and develop partnerships.
- Proficiency in professional written and verbal English; writing and presentation samples are encouraged.
