Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

We are currently looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager responsible for fostering growth through cultivating strong relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. You will spearhead the establishment of strategic alliances with top-tier Affiliates and Brokers, pinpointing promising VIP clients, and tailoring solutions to address their distinctive needs. From introducing imaginative affiliate initiatives to devising customized programs for brokers, every successful deal you seal will be fundamental in reinforcing our market presence.
Your role will be characterized by creativity - whether it involves devising fresh incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to create pioneering products for your partners. Backed by a top-tier team, you will be empowered to take calculated risks, explore new strategies, and shape the landscape of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract initial deposits and trades.
- Develop new relationships with Brokers and enhance the company's broker program, while nurturing existing relationships.
- Reach out to VIP clients and ensure satisfactory customer service and issue resolution for Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs.
- Stay updated on social media trends and Blockchain influencer community developments.
- Represent the company at conferences and engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness of products and services.
- Engage in community outreach activities and participate in crypto community events to broaden company reach.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space to stay informed.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain consistent communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather client feedback, and propose product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the local Crypto or Blockchain markets, with an established network or knowledge of significant figures within the ecosystem.
- Existing client base within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers domain.
- Over 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain fields.
- More than 2 years of experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated success in initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, evident from driving business outcomes, preparing documentation, and agreement drafting.
- Proficient in professional written and verbal English communication, exemplified through writing and presentation samples.
