Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth through developing and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position is essential for expanding our presence within these high-impact segments, ensuring long-term success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions tailored to meet the needs of high-value customers.

You will lead in establishing strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying promising VIP clients, and creating customized solutions to address their unique requirements. From spearheading innovative affiliate campaigns to devising personalized programs for brokers, each deal you secure will be crucial in solidifying the company’s presence in the market.
Your role will be centered around creativity, whether it involves devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to develop exclusive products for partners. With the backing of a top-notch team, you will have the opportunity to take risks, explore new strategies, and make significant contributions to shaping the future of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first-time depositors and trades.
- Identifying and fostering new partnerships with Brokers and enhancing the company's broker program, while also nurturing relationships with current brokers.
- Identifying and engaging with VIP clients.
- Managing existing KOL relationships and performance.
- Delivering timely and satisfactory customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, and collaborating with the internal team while providing improvement suggestions to the management.
- Staying updated on the latest trends on social media platforms and within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Attending conferences to engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, and enhance awareness of products and services.
- Participating in community outreach activities and crypto community events to expand the company's institutional footprint.
- Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Maintaining consistent communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gathering and acting on client feedback, and proposing product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with a network of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain industry.
- At least 2 years of work experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, manage, and monetize relationships with clients or partners, showing a record of driving business outcomes, drafting agreements, and documentation.
- Strong command of professional written and verbal English, with proficiency in writing and presenting. Samples are welcome.
