Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the Role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in driving growth by establishing and fostering relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position will be pivotal in expanding our reach within these influential segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of high-value customers.
You will be at the forefront of expanding into high-value segments such as Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. In this rapidly growing crypto industry, you will have the autonomy to cultivate your network, creating valuable partnerships that deliver benefits for both the company and your clients.
Your primary responsibilities will involve building strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and devising customized solutions that cater to their specific requirements. Whether launching creative affiliate campaigns or developing bespoke programs for brokers, each deal you finalize will significantly strengthen the company's market presence.
Creativity will be central to this role—whether you are devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to innovate and introduce new products for your partners. Responsibilities:
- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships with media and Affiliates, such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and other prominent figures in the local crypto community, to attract new depositors and increase trading activity.
- Establishing and growing partnerships with Brokers, enhancing the broker program, and nurturing existing broker relationships.
- Identifying and engaging with VIP clients.
- Maintaining and optimizing relationships with existing KOLs to enhance performance.
- Providing prompt and reliable customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collaborating with internal teams, and offering suggestions for improvement to the management team.
- Staying current with social media trends and the blockchain influencer community.
- Representing the company at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients to raise awareness of products and services.
- Participating in community outreach activities and attending crypto community events to expand our institutional presence.
- Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Maintaining regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collecting and acting on client feedback, and proposing enhancements to products.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain in local markets, with established relationships or knowledge of influential figures within the local ecosystem.
- Established network or client base within the Affiliate, KOL, VIP, and Broker space.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of financial products.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated success in initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, including delivering business results, preparing documentations, and negotiating agreements.
- Proficient in professional written and oral English, with strong writing and presentation skills.
