Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
About the role:
We are currently in search of a Partnerships Business Development Manager to spearhead growth through the establishment and cultivation of relationships with essential Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This position will be pivotal in expanding our footprint within these influential segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions that cater to the unique requirements of high-value customers.
As a key player in the advancement of our presence in the high-value segments of Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers, you will have the opportunity to proactively create meaningful partnerships that bring value to both parties in the ever-evolving crypto landscape.
Your primary responsibilities will involve cultivating strategic partnerships with prominent Affiliates and Brokers, identifying promising VIP clients, and developing tailored solutions to address their specific needs. Each closed deal, from launching inventive affiliate initiatives to crafting bespoke programs for brokers, will significantly contribute to solidifying our position in the market.
Your role will center around creativity, whether it entails devising fresh incentives for VIP clients or collaboratively producing novel products with internal teams for partners. Backed by a top-notch team, you will have the liberty to take calculated risks, experiment with new methods, and influence the landscape of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture new partnerships with influential media and Affiliates such as KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders to attract new depositors and traders.
- Cultivate new partnerships with Brokers and enhance the current broker program at the company while also fostering growth of existing relationships with brokers.
- Locate and engage with VIP clients.
- Maintain relationships and performance of existing KOLs.
- Provide prompt, satisfactory, and reliable customer service and issue resolution for Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs of the company, including recommending enhancements to the management.
- Stay updated on social media trends like YouTube, TikTok, and within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Represent the company at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness of our products and services.
- Participate in community outreach activities, attend crypto community events, and meetings to expand our institutional presence.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto industry.
- Draft and negotiate client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients to gather feedback and propose product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Crypto or Blockchain industry in local markets, having familiarity with influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Strong network of clients within the realms of Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
- Minimum of 2 years working in financial product sales.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated history of initiating, managing, and capitalizing on client or partner relations to drive business outcomes, including drafting agreements.
- Proficiency in professional written and spoken English; writing and presentation samples are encouraged.
