Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

As the primary architect of strategic alliances with top Affiliates and Brokers, your role will involve identifying promising VIP clients and creating customized solutions to address their specific requirements. Whether launching innovative affiliate campaigns or devising bespoke programs for brokers, every deal you seal will be crucial in solidifying [Company]'s market presence.
This role is inherently creative, requiring you to develop new incentives for VIP clients and collaborate with internal teams to innovate products for your partners. Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new depositors and traders.
- Identify and nurture new partnerships with Brokers and enhance [Company]'s broker program, while also managing and expanding relationships with current brokers.
- Identify and engage with VIP clients.
- Manage existing relationships and performance with KOLs.
- Deliver prompt and effective customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, liaising with internal teams, and providing improvement suggestions to management.
- Stay updated on social media trends and Blockchain influencer network developments.
- Represent [Company] at conferences, engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to raise awareness of products and services.
- Engage in community outreach activities, attend crypto events to expand and strengthen the institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and close client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather and analyze feedback, and propose product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in local Crypto or Blockchain markets, with knowledge or connections to influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Established network or client base within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers sphere.
- 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
- 2+ years of work experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with greater experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and capitalize on client relationships, such as delivering tangible business outcomes, creating documentation and agreements.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with strong writing and presentation skills. Writing samples are encouraged.
