About the Role:

We are currently searching for an experienced Partnerships Business Development Manager to spearhead growth by establishing and cultivating relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This pivotal role will be essential in enlarging our footprint within these crucial segments, ensuring sustainable success through strategic partnerships and customized solutions tailored to meet the requirements of high-value customers.

Become a driver of expansion into high-value segments like Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. In the rapidly evolving crypto landscape, you will have the autonomy to build your network, fostering meaningful partnerships that deliver value for both the organization and your clients.

As the primary initiator in forging strategic connections with leading Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and personalizing solutions to meet their distinct needs, every deal you finalize will play a significant role in fortifying market presence.

Your role will center on creativity, whether it involves generating new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to create innovative products for partners. With the support of an exceptional team, you will have the opportunity to experiment with new approaches, take calculated risks, and influence the future of crypto partnerships positively.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto figures) to attract initial deposits and trades.
  • Forge new alliances with Brokers and enhance the broker program, while also nurturing existing broker relationships.
  • Identify and engage with VIP clients.
  • Maintain and enhance existing relationships with KOLs.
  • Offer prompt and reliable customer service and address issues for Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, while proactively coordinating with internal teams and delivering improvement recommendations to management.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media and blockchain influencer trends.
  • Represent the company at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to boost awareness of products and services.
  • Participate in community outreach activities and crypto gatherings to broaden institutional presence.
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto sphere.
  • Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
  • Stay in touch with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, monitor client feedback, and propose product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in local Crypto or Blockchain markets, with knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
  • Established network with clients in the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers realm.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience selling financial products.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client relationships or partnerships, leading to tangible business outcomes, drafting agreements, and documentation.
  • Proficient in professional written and verbal English communication; writing and presentation samples are encouraged.
