Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships (Germany)
The institutional sales team offers a unique opportunity for individuals to cultivate and expand their institutional and high-net-worth clientele. As a member of this team, you will have a pivotal role in guiding clients from onboarding to their first crypto instrument and even tailoring innovative crypto products for clients that set new market standards. If you are part of the operations team, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, collaborating with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to contribute to the growth of our expanding infrastructure.
About the Role:
Currently, we are searching for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to propel growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be essential in broadening our presence within these impactful segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and bespoke solutions tailored to the requirements of high-value customers.

As a Partnerships Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the cultivation of strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, pinpoint high-potential VIP clients, and devise solutions that cater to their specific needs. Every deal you close - from launching innovative affiliate campaigns to creating tailored programs for brokers - will play a crucial role in bolstering [Company]'s market presence.
Creativity will be at the core of this role, whether it involves developing new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to pioneer unique products for your partners. Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates to attract first-time depositors and trades.
- Expand and enhance [Company]'s broker program by forming partnerships with new Brokers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Identify and engage VIP clients.
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing KOLs.
- Offer prompt, reliable, and supportive customer service and issue resolution to [Company]'s Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, while also providing recommendations for enhancements to the management team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Attend conferences, represent [Company], and interact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to increase awareness of products and services.
- Engage in community outreach activities and crypto community gatherings to expand [Company]'s institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collect feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, possessing relationships with influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Established network/client base within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- Over 1 year of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners to drive business results.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills with samples of writing and presentations welcomed.
Salary Range: €80,000 - €100,000 per year
