Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships (Mexico)
The institutional sales team offers an opportunity to develop and grow institutional and high-net-worth clientele. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients from onboarding to their first crypto investment, as well as shaping customized crypto products for clients that are innovative to the market. As a part of the operations team, you will have a broad area of responsibility collaborating with stakeholders like sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the expansion of our infrastructure.
About the role:
We are currently looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to fuel growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role is pivotal in broadening our presence within these impactful segments, ensuring lasting success through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions for high-value customers.

In this role, you will take charge of cultivating strategic relationships with leading Affiliates and Brokers, identifying promising VIP clients, and creating solutions that meet their specific needs. Every deal you successfully close will significantly enhance [Company]'s market presence.
Creativity plays a central role in this position, whether it's devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to craft novel products for partners. Responsibilities:
- Identify and forge new partnerships with media and Affiliates (such as KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract new depositors and trades.
- Establish and grow relationships with Brokers and optimize [Company]'s broker program, while also managing and cultivating relationships with existing brokers.
- Reach out to VIP clients and maintain existing relationships with KOLs.
- Provide prompt, reliable, and effective customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, actively coordinating with [Company]'s internal teams and offering suggestions for enhancement to the management team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, including platforms like YouTube and TikTok, as well as the Blockchain community.
- Represent [Company] at conferences to engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, elevating awareness of products and services.
- Engage in community reach activities and attend crypto community events to expand and deepen the institutional footprint.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gathering and tracking client feedback and proposing product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with existing connections or insights into influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- Established network of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers arena.
- Possess over 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain industries.
- Have at least 2 years of experience selling financial products.
- Candidates with greater experience will be reviewed for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners by delivering business outcomes, drafting necessary documentation and agreements.
- Proficiency in professional written and oral English, with the ability to provide writing and presentation samples.
