Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships (Netherlands)
The institutional sales team offers the opportunity for you to take charge and develop your institutional/high-net-worth client base. You will be involved in a compelling journey starting from onboarding clients to their initial crypto instrument, to creating customized crypto products for your clients with unprecedented market offerings. If you are part of our operations team, your responsibilities will be varied, working alongside stakeholders like sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to the growth of our expanding infrastructure.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager who will drive growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role plays a vital role in broadening our reach in these high-impact segments, ensuring sustained success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions tailored to the requirements of high-value customers.
You will lead the way in forging strategic connections with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying promising VIP clients, and tailoring solutions to meet their distinct needs. Every agreement you secure, from innovative affiliate campaigns to bespoke programs for brokers, will significantly contribute to fortifying our position in the market.
Your role will be centered around creativity, whether it involves developing new perks for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to create unprecedented products for your partners. With unparalleled support from a skilled team, you will have the freedom to take risks, experiment with novel approaches, and make a lasting impact on shaping the future of crypto partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates, such as KOLs and influencers, to attract initial depositors and trades.
- Develop new partnerships with Brokers, enhance the broker program, and maintain and expand relationships with existing brokers.
- Identify and engage with VIP clients.
- Uphold existing relationships with KOLs and their performance.
- Offer timely and reliable customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, collaborating actively with internal teams, and provide suggestions for improvement to management.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and insights within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Participate in conferences representing the organization, engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to boost awareness of products and services.
- Partake in community outreach activities, attend crypto community events to expand the institutional footprint.
- Stay abreast of market and competitor activities in the crypto space.
- Formulate and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, collect client feedback, and propose product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with an established network of clients within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers arena.
- Knowledge of and experience in the digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in selling financial products.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships, including driving business outcomes and drafting agreements.
- Strong command of professional written and oral English.
Salary Range: €80,000 - €100,000 per year
