Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development team in optimizing existing banking and wallet fiat channels by collaborating with internal departments (such as finance, risk, compliance, legal, and product teams) and external fiat partners to enhance channel conversion rates and user experience flow.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase the number of active fiat users, drive fiat volume growth, support content creation and marketing initiatives, and consistently seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction by refining product features for the growth of fiat user engagement.
Stay updated on local user feedback, community insights, and competitor activities to fine-tune product offerings, marketing campaigns, and operational tactics for better strategic outcomes.
Lead local fiat growth efforts and other business development engagements by seeking partnerships with local fiat entities, blockchain/crypto communities, and associations to boost fiat adoption globally.
Analyze data to track trends and anomalies that could be pivotal for addressing technical issues or identifying areas for growth enhancement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or international business, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in the payment industry or related domains.
Proficiency in managing payment operations via LatAm local channels.
Prior practical experience with banking and wallet channels is advantageous. Enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, trading, finance, banking, or payments sector is desired.
Keen attention to detail with outstanding communication skills and a patient demeanor.
Proficient in interpreting basic operational metrics and data analytics.
Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions promptly and efficiently.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure.

The Role
We are seeking a Smart Contract Developer responsible for ensuring that game listings within MentTech work properly and ensuring compliance with all game store policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and deploy secure smart contracts for an on-chain Play-to-Earn GameFi ecosystem
• Lead contract design decisions with a focus on robustness, auditability, gas efficiency, and resilience to attack vectors
• Mentor/junior developers: perform code reviews, establish standards, best practices in security & testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, backend, QA, and security teams to align smart contract features with product roadmap
Qualifications:
• 2+ years hands‐on experience developing & deploying smart contracts (Solidity / EVM or equivalent) in production environments
• Track record of writing secure contracts, familiarity with common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, integer over/underflow, front-running, flash loans, etc.)
• Experience with audits, formal verification, fuzz testing, or other advanced contract assurance methods
• Strong test suite / CI workflow skills; comfortable using tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle etc.
• Solid understanding of GameFi mechanics and how on-chain economics work
Bonus Points:
• Experience on multiple EVM chains or Layer-2 / sidechains
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridges, oracles, NFTs, tokenomics design
• Contributions to open-source security tooling or prior audit reports or published code you’re proud of
