The ideal candidate should have experience in sales within the cryptocurrency, financial services, or technology sectors. This role revolves around generating new leads and identifying potential opportunities for the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels like professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, and cold outreach to identify and engage potential leads.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate activities and create strategies to engage with prospects effectively.
- Assess leads to determine sales potential and arrange meetings for the Sales team.
- Record lead information and engagements in Salesforce, maintaining high CRM standards.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong interest in the digital asset industry and eagerness to understand emerging concepts like protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to adapt and quickly learn new products and technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, effective communication, and accountability.
