As part of our team, your role involves overseeing the revenue generation of the Earn (Staking and Yield) services within the Ledger Live application. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the network and industry, create action plans, and drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve concrete results. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the "Earn" Business Line at Ledger, which encompasses Staking, Restaking, and broader Yield activities. This involves integrating various investment and passive income strategies from decentralized and centralized providers into Ledger Live. Your focus will be on delivering business line results, revenue targets, partner revenue sharing, and enhancing consumer engagement metrics.
You will set goals, strategies, and tactics, gather resources from various departments within the company, and work closely with Product Line managers to ensure seamless consumer interactions.
Furthermore, your key responsibility will be fostering profitable partnerships with industry players by identifying trends, negotiating contracts, facilitating integration, and monitoring operational excellence throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Moreover, you will champion the Ledger Live user experience, always prioritizing consumer interests, ensuring service quality, and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business management role
- Sales expertise and proficiency in negotiating with C-Level executives
- Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem or fintech industry
- Solid understanding of the B2C environment
- Proficiency in English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to foster synergy between departments like Product, Data, Business, and Engineering.
