As a Business Operations Analyst at Flipster, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics and business strategy to play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making processes. Responsibilities
- Execute a company-wide strategy in alignment with long-term objectives.
- Communicate data analysis findings effectively through visualization, reports, and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Formulate data-driven strategies to enhance growth across various funnels like user acquisition, activation, and reactivation.
- Identify crucial user behaviors and assess the financial implications of business initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry benchmarks, competitive analysis, and market dynamics to facilitate the formulation of long-term business strategies.
- Operate within an agile environment, promptly pivoting and handling ambiguity to drive business outcomes.
- Manage unforeseen operational tasks efficiently to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to align strategic goals and ensure harmonized execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing performance metrics, monitoring progress, and optimizing strategic decisions and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years in a business strategy or management consulting role with proficiency in data analytics.
- Proficient in programming or data query languages like SQL, R, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in English language.
Preferred
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency or related experience.
