The position of Casino Coordinator involves supporting the Casino Team in managing the daily operations of the casino product, which significantly impacts the business's turnover. The main duties include coordinating and organizing all casino-related activities, managing on-site content, promotions, and marketing materials. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of online gaming, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
Additionally, the Casino Coordinator will participate in provider administration to strengthen partnerships and assist in the smooth rollout of new market entrances the company may explore.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the casino activities for multiple brands by overseeing game activation, positioning, and promotions.
- Handle the administration of promotional content; from negotiating agreements with providers to implementing them on the site.
- Analyze performance, promotional activities, and content efficacy.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure effective communication of all content to players.
- Serve as the primary contact for Tier 2 - 3 providers to maintain strong relationships with account managers.
- Maintain updated game roadmaps and key dates for visibility in the Casino/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal departments like design and development to fulfill the above functions.
