Position Overview
Keyfactor is in search of a Channel Solutions Engineer to play a key role in enabling and supporting the Americas Partner Ecosystem. This position involves collaborating with Solution Partners/Resellers and the Technical Alliance Partner network within a cross-functional team setting.
The successful candidate will liaise closely with the Channel team, Technical Alliances team, Field Sales/SE, Product engineering, Services, and Support to evaluate, enable, and address the technical requirements within Keyfactor’s Partner Ecosystem. A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively translate technical needs and partner inquiries into tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep comprehension of Keyfactor product platforms and effectively convey our value proposition to Solution and Technology Alliance partners.
- Deliver product demonstrations when necessary to support regional Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and partner connections.
- Assess potential partnership opportunities with adjacent technology partners and evaluate how their products can enhance overall solutions.
- Collaborate with regional CAMs on partner opportunities as required.
- Engage with Regional Partner Technical sales teams to enhance Keyfactor competencies among partner teams.
- Assist the Director of Technology Alliances in integration assessments.
- Support channel leadership in developing programs, training, and enabling the partner ecosystem.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in the technical aspects of PKI and Certificate Management products.
- Broad understanding of Cybersecurity requirements, solutions, and products.
- Ability to translate the technical functionalities of Keyfactor Product Platforms into business outcomes for customers and partners.
Compensation
The salary will be based on the candidate's experience level.
