Role Overview
As a Client Servicing Agent at Flipster, your responsibilities will include addressing trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related inquiries, overseeing account registration and management queries, handling promotions and event inquiries, resolving platform issues, and coordinating the escalation and follow-up of user queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing user inquiries related to account registration, management, KYC processes, promotions, events, wallets, and assets.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage escalation and follow-up of user queries.
- Managing inquiries on trading platform usage from a technical standpoint.
- Providing community management and support across various channels.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a cryptocurrency exchange.
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a team within a 24/7 trading environment.
- Experience in financial trading, specifically in cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in managing client inquiries, resolving disputes, and reporting bugs.

- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
- Experience in community management or support.
- Previous involvement in a high-growth startup or tech company.
