Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain the quality of agents' chat interactions and daily operational activities
- Develop and enhance service quality standards for Risk personnel based on business needs
- Conduct quality inspections following QA standards for both online and offline operations
- Analyze and report on operational and risk data for insights and improvements
- Present findings and recommendations for implementation by operational teams and leadership
- Provide training to team members to enhance comprehension of SOPs and Quality Standards
- Collaborate closely with QA team members to calibrate and elevate QA capabilities

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to engage with teams in different geographical locations
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline
- Preferably over 2 years of experience in a relevant field for this role
- Strong grasp of KYC/Fraud/Risk operations, customer satisfaction, and quality management
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Effective facilitation abilities for meetings and presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local market language
- Enthusiasm for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain
