We seek talented software engineers with expertise in tackling performance engineering and low-level optimization challenges. Ideally, candidates have a background in developing embedded systems, high-frequency trading (HFT) systems, or similar setups with constraints on memory and computational resources. Join our close-knit, highly technical team to work on critical issues in a fast-paced setting. While experience in the crypto field is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Compensation and Perks:

We offer a base salary starting at $250,000 per year as well as a comprehensive benefits package covering perks such as unlimited paid time off, insurance coverage, home office equipment provision, monthly wellness/fitness stipend, and observance of 10 company holidays. We're looking for a Senior Rust Developer to join our core engineering team and own the systems that sit closest to the market. This means low-latency order execution engines, high-throughput market data pipelines, real-time streaming infrastructure, and integrations with both centralized and decentralized exchanges. Develop and optimize order execution engines, market data feeds, and real-time processing pipelines

Write safe, well-tested concurrent code leveraging async runtimes including Tokio and async-std

Requirements
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
