We are in search of a highly competent Blockchain Compliance/Product Manager to become part of our team. This position holds a key role in ensuring that our internally developed tools adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and gain approval from regulators across different regions. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in blockchain analytics, product or compliance operations, experience interacting with regulators, and outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and elevate Binance’s compliance standing with regulators worldwide to secure acceptance and endorsement for our internally designed blockchain analytics tools.
- Lead continuous efforts to bolster regulatory trust in our tools and ensure they adhere to regulatory norms.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of blockchain analytics products to support compliance and regulatory endeavors internally.
- Leverage technical expertise to ensure comprehensive understanding of business requirements.
- Uncover and implement updates to the analytics tools based on feedback from internal development teams.
- Keep abreast of blockchain analytics advancements to preemptively address any potential barriers in gaining necessary approvals from regulators.
Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in product or compliance operations focusing on blockchain analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with KYT tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, CipherTrace, etc.
- Deep understanding of regulatory demands and ability to effectively engage with regulators. Prior experience collaborating with global regulators is essential for this role.
- Previous involvement in establishing a KYT tool would be highly advantageous.
- Consulting experience with a technical background would be beneficial.
- Advanced analytical skills applicable to blockchain products and compliance operations.
- Interest in staying updated with current trends and market developments related to blockchain analytics products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the capacity to simplify complex subjects for diverse audiences.
