What Your Role Entails:

As a Circle Ventures and Ecosystem Director, you will be entrusted with devising and implementing strategies that focus on nurturing, managing, and expanding our partner network. Working collaboratively with internal departments and external partners, your mission will be to extend our market presence and augment the value proposition for our partners through strategic partnerships and cooperative ventures. In this capacity, you will serve as the main liaison for Circle Ventures, driving widespread engagement and mutually beneficial engagements with our ecosystem collaborators such as entrepreneurs, portfolio companies, venture firms, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying strategic opportunities and fostering alignment with organizational priorities by synthesizing intelligence collected from internal teams and external entrepreneurial circles.
- Offering well-informed counsel to leadership for effective decision-making in partnering, product development, and investment strategies.
- Implementing high-caliber deal executions in alignment with our corporate objectives.
Key Focus Areas:
- Segmenting our ecosystem for optimized market potential.
- Designing and executing activation programs and initiatives to engage startups, entrepreneurs, and investors.
- Managing engagement initiatives for our extensive investment portfolio.
- Overseeing internal and external communications on behalf of Circle Ventures.
- Nurturing relationships with ecosystem participants and investors to garner influence and collaboration.
- Providing actionable intelligence and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Identifying investment prospects, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes within financial services, technology, and crypto industries.
- Promoting USDC and Circle’s role in the broader VC ecosystem.
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the markets and industry dynamics within which Circle operates.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in ecosystem and partner development, partner marketing, business development, venture investing, or management consulting.
- Proven track record in fostering partner ecosystems within the blockchain/Web3 realms.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication, executive presence, motivation, humility, and intellectual curiosity.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships, lead projects, and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, or related disciplines; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Additional Information:
- Candidates may be eligible for PERM sponsorship upon hiring.
- Compensation ranges are crafted considering various factors, including experience, skills, and organizational needs.
- Base Pay Range: $207,500 - $240,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 20%
