Key Responsibilities:
Join our team as the Director of Circle Ventures and Ecosystem to develop and implement strategies for nurturing and expanding our partner network. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will enhance market reach and elevate partner value through strategic partnerships. Acting as the primary point of contact for Circle Ventures, your role will involve fostering productive engagement and mutual benefit with our ecosystem partners.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify valuable insights, opportunities, and partnerships aligned with our objectives
- Provide informed advice to senior management to drive optimal partnership, product, and investment decisions
- Drive effective deal execution, aligning organizational efforts with strategic goals
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive ecosystem segmentation efforts in collaboration with various teams at Circle
- Develop and execute programs to engage startups, entrepreneurs, and investors
- Manage activities for a diverse portfolio of investments
- Handle external and internal communications for Circle Ventures
- Foster strong relationships with ecosystem participants and investors
- Present intelligence insights to internal stakeholders to guide strategic decisions
- Monitor industry trends, potential threats, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes
- Advocate for Circle and USDC within the venture capital ecosystem
- Stay informed about industry dynamics and trends in the financial technology and crypto sectors

Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in ecosystem development, partner marketing, business development, venture investing, or management consulting
- Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems in blockchain/Web3
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead projects and prioritize opportunities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with relevant tools and platforms like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
Additional Information:
Compensation Range: $207,500 - $240,000 (Base Pay) Annual Bonus Target: 20% Other Benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays
