Job Responsibilities:
As the Circle Ventures and Ecosystem Director, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to nurture, expand, and optimize our partner ecosystem. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, your role will focus on driving market growth and enhancing the value of partnerships through alliances and collaborations. You will play a pivotal role in fostering productive engagements with ecosystem partners, including builders, entrepreneurs, venture firms, and other stakeholders.
Core Objectives:
- Uncover valuable insights, deals, and synergies in alignment with company priorities.
- Offer strategic guidance to support leadership decisions on partnerships, products, and investments.
- Execute partnership deals effectively, aligning actions with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to ensure ecosystem segmentation aligns with growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute initiatives to engage startups, entrepreneurs, and investors within the ecosystem.
- Manage interactions and programs with a diverse portfolio of investments.
- Direct external and internal communications for Circle Ventures.
- Foster relationships with ecosystem participants and investors to drive collaboration and influence.
- Provide actionable insights derived from the ecosystem to drive organizational impact.
- Identify potential investment and partnership opportunities, monitor industry trends, and remain informed about competitive landscapes.
- Promote USDC and enhance Circle's presence within the venture capital ecosystem.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the financial services, technology, and crypto industries.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in partner development, marketing, business development, or consulting.
- Proven track record in nurturing partner ecosystems within blockchain/Web3 environments.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, executive presence, and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to manage relationships, drive projects, and seize opportunities in a fast-paced corporate landscape.
- Proficiency in Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
