Corporate FP&A Specialist (12 months contract)

We're seeking an experienced Chief Business Development Officer to drive our growth strategy and establish key partnerships in the crypto/web3 space. As CBDO, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company vision
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and integration opportunities with protocols, exchanges, and web3 projects
Lead negotiations for high-value deals and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at conferences, events, and in the broader crypto community
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align BD initiatives
Drive revenue growth through new channels and business models
Manage and mentor the business development team
Report directly to CEO on BD performance metrics and pipeline

Define research direction, manage the research team, and drive innovation in quantitative strategy development. You'll set the strategic vision for our quantitative research efforts, build and lead a world-class team of researchers, and ensure we maintain a competitive edge in increasingly sophisticated markets. This role requires exceptional track record in developing successful trading strategies, deep understanding of market dynamics across multiple asset classes, and proven leadership in building research organizations that consistently deliver alpha while fostering a culture of innovation and intellectual rigor.
