Creative Designer

As a member of the Binance Global Creative Team, the Creative Designer holds the responsibility of producing impactful and visually compelling design work across various creative requirements of Binance at a global scale. Reporting to the Global Design Lead, the Creative Designer will collaborate closely with internal teams to create digital graphics, motion storyboards, merchandise, campaign assets, and communications across multiple channels like social media, websites, events, digital marketing, OOH, and others. Additionally, the role involves driving the creative design for fashionable SWAG items and global event collateral, engendering digital and tangible assets that resonate with the modern and bold identity of the Binance brand.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret creative briefs to deliver on-brand design work catering to Binance's global requirements, including brand and product campaigns, key visuals, events, merchandise, social media content, customer communications, and digital advertising.
- Work collaboratively with design and project management teams to create and deliver integrated creative campaigns.
- Assist in planning, creating, and enhancing compelling communications, creative design, and content in alignment with the brand's vision.
- Innovate and challenge norms in creative design, striving for continuous improvement.
- Generate engaging digital creative campaigns to support brand awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance user engagement.
- Optimize creative designs continually and stay updated on industry creative and design trends.
Creative Operations:
- Assist in defining and optimizing creative processes in collaboration with senior designers and design leads.
- Ensure consistent and well-integrated approaches across various creative activities by liaising with different teams within Binance.
Team and Relationship Management:
- Manage daily tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of work meeting quality standards.
- Foster a positive and innovative culture within the global creative team.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and freelancers as needed to achieve objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Binance Global Marketing and other business functions.
- Promote continuous learning and skill development within the team.
Requirements:
- Professional with expertise in graphic, brand, and digital design.
- Minimum 4 years of design experience, preferably in a global brand or agency setting.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced online business environments.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and Figma.
- Strong creative thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with task management tools.
