Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard global crypto creators, overseeing the recruitment process.
- Devise and execute strategies for engaging and retaining creators, serving as a connection point between creators and internal teams.
- Manage a selection of impactful global crypto creators, monitoring community growth metrics for engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop community growth initiatives and launch creator-focused marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and foster community engagement through collaborations.
- Coordinate with creators to facilitate interactive sessions such as AMAs, interviews, and community-led projects to promote interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing, preferably with a strong grasp of the crypto industry.
- Involvement or experience within the crypto creator community or a well-connected network within the crypto sector is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective coordination with international partners.
