Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
2+ years in Fintech, risk, compliance, or blockchain roles.
Proficiency in virtual assets, blockchain, and emerging web3 technologies.
Understanding of global financial regulatory compliance in relation to virtual assets/blockchain.
Strong communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
Compensation Package: Base Pay Range $81,000 - $109,000, Annual Bonus Target 10%, Equity, and Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), flexible vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
