Token Metrics is in search of a versatile individual to fill the position of Chief of Staff in an executive support capacity. The successful candidate should have at least five years of experience in strategic leadership, with a preference for prior Chief of Staff positions and expertise in venture funding. A solid understanding of crypto principles, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for project management are essential. Previous involvement in FinTech or Web3 sectors is required for this role. The role calls for a self-driven and principled individual who thrives in high-energy environments and is ready to undertake travel when necessary.
Key Duties:
- Aid executives in daily operational tasks, such as arranging meetings, managing travel logistics, and handling communications.
- Drive the creation and implementation of strategies to finalize crypto Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), utilizing market insights and connections to secure investments.
- Conduct applicant interviews for the VIP plan, assess their suitability, and guide a smooth onboarding experience.
- Review and enhance content for Investor Newsletters, ensuring it is accurate, clear, and aligned with Token Metrics' brand and messaging.
- Work with multifaceted teams to refine processes, solve operational obstacles, and push for ongoing improvement endeavors.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies in the crypto world to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Prerequisites:
- At least five years of experience in strategic leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff.
- Direct engagement with Founders or CEOs in prior roles.
- Previous participation in venture funding is necessary.
- Adeptness in crypto fundamentals like blockchain and Web3.
- Background in the FinTech or Web3 sector.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities are a must.
- Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in high-paced environments.
- Robust aptitude for handling processes and guiding projects with meticulous attention to detail.
