Crypto Chief of Staff (Karachi-Remote)

Token Metrics is in search of a dynamic individual to serve as a Chief of Staff, providing essential support to our executives in administrative duties and strategic endeavors. The ideal candidate should possess extensive strategic leadership experience of at least 5 years, preferably in a Chief of Staff role, coupled with a solid background in venture funds. Proficiency in crypto concepts, exceptional communication skills, and adept project management abilities are key requirements. Prior experience in FinTech or Web3 is a must. This role calls for a self-motivated, ethical individual who thrives in high-pressure environments and is open to occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Aid executives in the day-to-day management of operations, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
• Drive the creation and implementation of strategies to finalize crypto SPVs, utilizing market insights and networking to secure investments.
• Conduct interviews with potential VIP plan candidates, evaluate their qualifications, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
• Edit and polish content for TMV investor newsletters, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and alignment with Token Metrics' brand and message.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, tackle operational hurdles, and steer continuous improvement endeavors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies in the crypto sector to guide decision-making and strategic scheming.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in strategic leadership, with a preference for experience as a Chief of Staff.
• Previous engagement collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
• Prior involvement with venture funds is indispensable.
• Strong grasp of crypto concepts like blockchain and Web3.
• Background in the FinTech or Web3 industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.
• Demonstrated track record of execution and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.
