Crypto-Native UX Researcher (Remote - Mumbai, India)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research (such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to gain insights into the needs of our users, spanning from retail investors to experienced crypto traders.
• Evaluate user interactions with our platform and on-chain activities to pinpoint areas of improvement and opportunities for enhancement.
• Utilize blockchain data and tools to supplement user research with real-world insights into crypto behavior.
• Collaborate with designers to translate research findings into actionable UX recommendations, ensuring our analytics dashboards, prediction models, and tools are user-friendly and impactful.
• Directly engage with customers through interviews and feedback sessions to identify their pain points, motivations, and aspirations in the crypto investing realm.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to align the team on user requirements and steer product development.
• Stay informed about Web3 UX trends and crypto market dynamics, advocating for best practices that promote trust, clarity, and engagement on our platform.
• Present research findings and design proposals to stakeholders, bridging user needs with our mission of delivering high-quality crypto insights.
• Work with product teams to refine features like portfolio trackers, market signals, or AI-driven predictions based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or related field, accompanied by a portfolio demonstrating user-focused outcomes.
• In-depth involvement in the blockchain ecosystem, with practical experience using dApps, wallets, DeFi platforms, or trading tools.
• Hands-on experience in on-chain activities like trading, staking, yield farming, or governance involvement, coupled with familiarity with blockchain analytics resources.
• Proficient in user research methodologies and design principles, capable of adapting them to address the unique challenges of crypto interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex user insights and technical concepts effectively to designers, developers, and leadership.
