Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the platform for improved efficiency and performance through process refinement and implementation.
• Monitor and assess key metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to foster continuous enhancement and creative solutions.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and laws within the cryptocurrency sector.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to make well-informed decisions and suggestions.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations along with a solid understanding of HR management practices.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments, and knowledgeable about regulatory requirements in the crypto field.
• Show achievement in leading effective operations teams.
