Token Metrics is currently seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance team. The role involves overseeing all facets of software and product testing at the company. Responsibilities entail crafting test strategies, generating test documentation, fault identification, and reviewing QA reports. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in analytics, problem-solving, and project management to ensure the efficient operation of the QA department and utmost customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with software/product designers to establish quality assurance parameters.
- Guiding the QA team in creating QA test procedures and frameworks.
- Supervising the development of testing documents.
- Executing testing procedures and supervising the QA process.
- Addressing quality issues through troubleshooting and amending test procedures.
- Performing analysis checks on product specifications.
- Reviewing Quality Assurance reports to identify and address problem areas.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
