Responsibilities
- Conducting research to understand the UX design needs across our digital assets.
- Formulating a comprehensive strategy for UI/UX design tailored to the brand.
- Creating top-quality UX design solutions using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Crafting UI elements and features like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing and optimizing UI components such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and links.
- Collaborating with marketing, internal, and external design teams to deliver customized digital experiences.
- Providing insight on implementing UX research methods and conducting testing to analyze user behavior.
- Ensuring adherence to typography and graphic design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of UI/UX design experience in the digital realm.
- A demonstrable portfolio of professional UI/UX projects for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on task prioritization.
