Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on user experience design needs for our digital assets.
  • Formulate a robust UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Develop top-notch UX design solutions including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Create UI components & tools like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.
  • Conduct tests on UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and links for landing pages.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing teams and internal/external designers to deliver tailored digital user experiences.
  • Offer insights on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and forecast user behavior.
  • Uphold style standards related to typography and graphic design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
  • Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in technologies/software including Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
