Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in English and German languages
- Flexible availability for weekend, irregular hours, including night shifts
- Strong IT skills to handle technical customer queries
- Excellent written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
