DAO Partnerships Manager

The Arbitrum Foundation is in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to act as the key liaison connecting the Arbitrum Foundation Partnership team with ArbitrumDAO. This individual will have a crucial role in overseeing business initiatives, promoting collaboration, and ensuring the success of projects utilizing Arbitrum technology.

Scope of Work

• Serve as the main point of contact for Delegates and DAO members to facilitate communication and goal alignment.
• Collaborate with the ArbitrumDAO to plan and execute initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth and align with strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance on ecosystem growth best practices, process improvements, and decision-making frameworks to the ArbitrumDAO.
• Advocate for and engage ArbitrumDAO support in key Foundation-led initiatives for maximal impact.
• Mediate conflicts and misunderstandings between the Foundation and DAO to achieve amicable resolutions.
• Generate regular reports to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for enhancing collaboration transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with ArbitrumDAO members.
• Develop strategies to align Foundation and DAO priorities effectively.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the ArbitrumDAO.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to bring valuable insights to the ArbitrumDAO.
• Monitor DAO operations, identify challenges, and proactively address them.
• Represent the Arbitrum Foundation in DAO discussions to uphold trust and collaboration.

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of decentralized autonomous organizations, including governance structures and tools.
• Previous experience within a developer-onboarding crypto ecosystem.
• Grant management expertise, including the ability to devise and implement effective grant policies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders and facilitating productive discussions.
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives and align diverse interests toward shared objectives.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting governance data and deriving actionable recommendations.
• Preferably prior experience with DAOs or in a similar liaison capacity.
