Your Role
The foundation seeks a Senior Investment Lead to spearhead strategic growth within the Arbitrum ecosystem across various segments of the capital markets community, including investment firms, asset managers, and research analysts. Working under the Head of Investment Strategy, you will be tasked with establishing and fostering relationships throughout the investment landscape, crafting institutional-grade materials and strategies, and pinpointing high-impact opportunities to elevate Arbitrum's market position.
Your Responsibilities
Investor Prospecting and Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain efficient systems for prospecting, conducting due diligence, and engaging with both crypto-native and traditional investment entities. Identify avenues for cultivating strong partnerships and securing new collaborations aligned with Arbitrum's strategic objectives.
Investment Positioning:
Prepare and present compelling materials to enhance and articulate the investment standing of the ecosystem. These materials may include investment collateral, financial data, ecosystem updates, and investor inquiries.
Investor Coordination:
Manage coordination of investor and financial partner meetings, roadshows, and major capital markets events.
Metrics & Reporting:
Oversee CRM and pipeline reporting across pivotal initiatives and relationship channels. Aid in defining and monitoring key performance indicators to gauge Arbitrum's influence within the investment community.
Market Intelligence:
Track market sentiment, industry positioning of peer digital assets, and investment trends to extract insights guiding messaging and engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Investment Due Diligence:

What You'll Need
