Description

The Marketing Team at Arbitrum Foundation is currently in need of a DeFi Marketing Lead to enhance marketing strategies by implementing innovative Web3 growth tactics, especially focusing on boosting the success of games launching on Arbitrum. This position plays a vital role in guaranteeing the growth and triumph of the games, striving to increase the number of active wallets and sustain liquidity effectively. The chosen candidate will offer consultations to partners and be accountable for executing growth campaigns for them.

Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies for partners introducing DeFi projects on Arbitrum, utilizing a combination of Web2 and Web3 marketing and engagement methods such as social campaigns, creator engagements, digital marketing, NFTs, tokens, and content partnerships.
  • Lead and devise Web3 incentives growth campaigns in alignment with partners' objectives.
  • Comprehend partners' requirements, generate tailored solutions, and act as a consultant to drive their growth and enhance liquidity.
  • Collaborate closely with the community, partnership, and product marketing teams to execute comprehensive campaigns with messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with Offchain Lab to offer insights for the product roadmap, contributing to the successful expansion of the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Maintain transparent communication with external stakeholders, aiding in their go-to-market strategies, conducting industry analyses, and offering solutions.
  • Establish best practices and growth initiatives to achieve scalable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in DeFi and/or Web3 fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years in growth and account management roles with a focus on Web2 and Web3 growth practices; must present case studies during the interview.
  • Profound knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 landscapes.
  • Proficient understanding of DeFi user funnel hurdles and cross-platform user journeys.
  • Skilled at building relationships and excellent communication abilities to engage partners effectively.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and autonomous, capable of working independently with minimal guidance and being proactive by seeking clarifications to accomplish tasks.
  • Capable of collaborating across various time zones with global partners.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
