Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead brand marketing efforts for the Arbitrum Foundation by integrating traditional Web2 techniques with cutting-edge Web3 strategies to support project success and strengthen brand presence through strategic partnerships in key sectors.
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with overall business goals, defining value propositions and brand positioning.
- Establish a consistent brand identity, including logo, tagline, and visual language, with clear guidelines for cohesive marketing materials.
- Plan and implement integrated campaigns across various marketing channels to boost brand visibility and awareness.
- Utilize a blend of Web3 and traditional marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, PR, and paid advertising.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand messaging reach.
- Monitor brand reputation, address issues proactively, and ensure a unified brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Design full-funnel marketing programs to nurture lasting relationships with stakeholders and users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold brand consistency in product launches and updates.
- Define KPIs to evaluate brand health and marketing performance, and analyze brand metrics for optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing full-funnel campaigns for brand growth in Web2 and Web3 spaces.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand marketing, specifically within the blockchain industry and Web3 ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Web3 user funnel challenges and the user journey across platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a strong passion for decentralized finance and blockchain technology.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, proactive in seeking solutions, and effective cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently across various time zones as part of a global team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
